Selangor & Kuala Lumpur :

We offer straightforward rates for customers in these areas, delivered via Routing service:

• ✅ Free Shipping: When your single order is RM150 or above
• ✅ Flat Rate: Only RM20 for orders below RM150

Peninsular Malaysia (Excluding Selangor & KL) :

You have 2 flexible delivery options to suit your needs:

1. Courier Service (Pos Laju / ABX & others)

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and exact location.

2. By Pallet (1m³ / up to 500kg capacity)

Flat rate of RM130 per pallet—ideal for bulk or large orders.

Due to location accessibility, only one delivery option is available:

• By Pallet (1m³ / up to 500kg capacity)

Fixed shipping fee: RM188 per pallet

Sabah & Sarawak :

Choose between air or sea freight, whichever works better for you:

1. Air Freight

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout by our partnered couriers, based on weight and volume.

2. Sea Freight

Rates are customized based on your order details. Please contact us offline to confirm:

Self-Pickup Option

Prefer to collect your items yourself? You are welcome to choose Self-Pickup at no extra cost during checkout. Details of our collection point will be provided once your order is confirmed.

• Pallet delivery is suitable for large, heavy, or bulk purchases; dimensions and weight limits apply as stated.
• For sea freight to Sabah/Sarawak, please reach out to us early to arrange your shipment smoothly.

Stock Availability

In the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, seller would contact buyer for decision to be placed on back order or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.

Combine Shipping

We allow combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from us and the shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight. System will automatically calculate the combine shipping fee and show on the check out page.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.
